For our first-time clients we perform an intake call so we can learn more about your schedule and the needs of your pet. While this may take a little bit of time, we do this so we are prepared to give your furry friend the best service we can provide.

After the first appointment, clients can reschedule that same service online and skip the phone call! If your fur baby needs a different treatment or service, please give us a call any time so we can be ready to meet their needs. Some pets need different treatment and styling than others, and we take that into account so your pet receives the best service for them.
